How should I store my chocolates? How long would it last?


Can be consumed in room temperature or cold, both ways are delicious, try for yourself and choose your preference. 😉

If you’re saving some for later, ensure they are refrigerated, best consumed within 15 days.

Striving for consistency and high-quality, we advise you to keep our chocolate products refrigerated for up to 2 weeks


Chocolate bars are best kept in cool dark pantry, not in the fridge. All bars have a ‘best before’ date, after that the chocolate might change in flavour and texture.

Avoid heat, humidity and direct sunlight.

Nibs & Tea

Cacao Nibs or Cacao Tea have long shelf life, please check ‘best before’ date.

It can be store in a pantry or top of counter. Weather changes won’t affect product


When will my order be dispatched?

All our products are freshly handcrafted daily on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We use a courier service to ensure all orders arrive safely across Australia.

Please allow 1-3 business days for all deliveries (Darwin, Cairns, Perth & rural areas please allow 3-10 business days). We dispatch daily from Monday through Thursday, with orders placed between Thursday – Sunday being dispatched the following Monday.

For any urgent deliveries, please contact us as we may be able to accommodate express deliveries at an additional charge.

In warmer weather we use packaging methods to ensure your chocolates arrive in premium condition. If there is a problem with your order please email us on with a brief description so we can ensure your chocolate experience is nothing but positive.

Our busiest times of year are Christmas and Easter, our standard dispatch times listed above may vary. We want your chocolate to arrive as fresh as possible, so please allow a further 24 hours for dispatch.


How much does postage cost?

We charge a fixed fee of $10.00 for all deliveries purchased on our online store.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. You will receive an email once your order is placed.

Do you post internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not post internationally as we are unable to ensure the quality of our products. We do post nationally across Australia.


Are your products Gluten Free?

We cannot guarantee that our products are all gluten free as we do have gluten products in our facility. 

Are your products dairy free?

Our chocolate is produced in facilities that handle allergens like dairy.

Do your products contain nuts?

Our flavour range does include Almonds. Due to the experimental nature of our kitchen, ingredients are subject to cross contamination. Whilst we strive to minimize this, there is always the chance that our products may contain traces of nuts.

Chocolate (71%, 62% 40%), (Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Milk solids, Soya Lecithin, Vanilla) Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Cream, Cocoa Powder, Salt, Butter, Coconut flakes, Almonds. May be present other nuts, milk.

Milk Chocolate (40%)

Cancellations & Refunds

We strive to ensure every Sweet Stone experience is a positive one. If on the rare occasion, there is a product fault, send us an email on, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a replacement, exchange or full refund (refund may take up to 30 days).
